We’re sad to see you go! I hope you’ve enjoyed your training experience with us and we’ll see you back soon! If you’re away for a short period of time, we do have freeze options. Or if you’re just needing to scale back on your training frequency, we also are able to downgrade your membership.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your next billing date.
Requests submitted with less than 14 days’ notice will result in the next billing cycle processing as scheduled, and the membership will cancel after that cycle is complete.
If your membership includes a minimum commitment, your cancellation will take effect after the commitment period is fulfilled.
Billing cycles immediately following a freeze are not eligible for cancellation. If requested, cancellation will be reflected after the applicable commitment period.
