Once payment is made, there will be no refunds. You may cancel your booking to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. With less than 24 hours notice, you will not be able to reschedule.

Hourly rate is $120/hr. If you are booking 4+ hours either on the same day, or across multiple days, we can lower it to $93/hr. Booking at this rate will result in no cancellations being allowed.

We are not responsible for any items left. If you feel you have left an item behind, please text us and we will do our best to locate it. Any items left beyond 1 week will not be held.

Seating is limited! We have prioritized field space and have maxed out seating to the best of our ability. If you are watching, consider bringing an extra chair just in case.

We do not have full AC/heat. There is a heater to take out the chill in cold months, and the bay doors open create a nice breeze during the warm months. Prepare for outdoor temperatures, but enjoy the roofed field so that rain never causes the need to cancel.
