Manage Your Membership

All memberships renew on 28-day cycles, which is exactly 4 weeks. You may find it in a few places:

  • Salient app

    • Go to your profile, then click on the ‘passes’ tab.

    • Your renewal date is always one day after your cycle expiration (E.g., Expiration is 8/3/26, renewal date is 8/4/26).

  • Refer to your last renewal email

    • The email will list the expiration date for your current billing cycle. Your renewal date is always one day after your cycle expiration.

Membership Upgrade/Downgrade

To upgrade or downgrade your membership to a different tier, please submit your request via the form below.

Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before your next billing cycle in order to guarantee completion. Less than 3 days notice may result in your request being completed for the following billing cycle.

Membership Freeze

To request a freeze on your membership, please submit your request via the form below.

Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before you’d like to start the freeze in order to guarantee completion. Less than 3 days notice may result in either another billing cycle, or a late start to the freeze.

Members are eligible for 1 freeze per calendar year. Length of time varies:

  • Freezes that are being requested for 1-4 weeks (1-28 days) must be requested at least 3 days before requested start date.

  • Freezes that are being requested for more than 4 weeks must be requested at least 14 days before your next renewal date.

The billing cycle AFTER a freeze has ended is NOT eligible for cancellation.

Membership Cancellation

Requests to cancel your membership can be submitted via the form below.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your next billing cycle. Requests submitted with less than 14 days’ notice will result in the next billing cycle processing as scheduled, and the membership will cancel after that cycle is complete.

If your membership includes a minimum commitment, your cancellation will take effect after the commitment period is fulfilled.

Billing cycles immediately following a freeze are not eligible for cancellation. If requested, cancellation will be reflected after the applicable commitment period.
