Standard Freeze: You may freeze your membership for up to 28 days per calendar year, either mid-cycle or at the beginning of a cycle, and your unused passes will be saved during the freeze.

Extended Freeze: If you begin your freeze at the end of your current cycle and provide at least 14 days notice, you may freeze for longer than 28 days.

Important: A freeze cannot be used to bypass the 14-day cancellation policy. If your membership would otherwise renew before you could provide 14 days notice, you will be required to complete at least one renewal after your freeze ends before cancellation can take effect.
