All memberships have a complimentary 4-week (28 day) freeze included per calendar year. These 4-weeks can be broken up into smaller periods of times. If you are freezing mid-cycle, you will have the exact amount of time remaining from your cycle activated at the end of the freeze and your next renewal pushed back. NOTE: The billing cycle following a freeze will be ineligible for cancellation.

All requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the start date of your requested freeze. Submitting with less than 3 days notice may result in the adjustment not completed in time, shortening your freeze.
